Our Fund Management Company in Luxembourg was founded in 1988 and is licensed as a Chapter 15 Management Company (UCITS), as well as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager for real estate, private equity and transferrable securities (“Super-ManCo”).
It serves as a platform for our funds and external fund managers (‘white labelling’), as well as customized solutions for our wealth management clients. The company will be rebranded to Alpina Fund Management Company Luxembourg soon.
